The Organizing Committee invites the submission of abstracts for the oral contributions and poster communications. All abstracts must be submitted online via the conference website, using the online submission form.

Abstract submissions can start from 1st September 2011.
Deadline for abstracts (oral contributions): 1st December 2011 – CLOSED.
Deadline for abstracts (posters): 15th February 2012 – CLOSED.

The abstracts may not exceed two pages, and they should fit the template as required by the Organizing Committee. The abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee for their acceptance as oral or poster presentations. The Organizing Committee will notify authors of acceptance/rejection of their oral contribution by 1st February, 2012. The non-selected oral contributions will automatically be transferred to the category of poster communications.

All accepted abstracts will be taken up in the Conference Book of Abstracts. It should be noted that the accecptance of a poster is only definitive if one of the authors has been registered. The name of the presenting author should appear underlined in the submitted abstract.

Note that the accepted presentation cannot be included in the Final Programme unless it is accompanied by a completed registration form with the appropriate payment for the presenting author.
