Fee

This registration fee is established to encourage attendance for the entire meeting. The registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant attends the conference. The registration fee will cover attendance, room as specified, and all meals. The number of participants is limited to 200 and the acceptance of attendance and lodging will be done according to a “first come first served” basis. The minimum registration fee is fixed at 700 euro and is based on a two person shared bedroom. An additional fee of 250 euro has to be added for a single room reservation. After the pre-registration period the total fee will be augmented with 200 euro as long as places are still available.

The ambiance of the ICTAC-14 meeting is optimal for the promotion of scientific discussion and exchange of ideas. On Thursday afternoon an excursion will be organized to visit the Delta Works, including a boat trip followed by the conference dinner. All social events are included in the registration fee. WiFi is freely available in the entire hotel.
